Welcome to Michael Brown! We are committed to delivering high-quality apparel directly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Shipping times vary depending on whether your item is fulfilled from our US warehouse or our international fulfillment centers.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Multiple Item Shipments

To get your clothes to you as fast as possible, items in the same order may be dispatched separately if they are stored at different fulfillment locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment anytime via our tracking portal or through the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Michael Brown is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
